the benefits conferred thereon; that the said asseasment haa been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the signature of the said Commiasioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as
corn;pleted by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be
considered proper. ///

The asaessment af henefi ts� cest and ex�Ases for and in connection with �
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satiafactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the aame is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, Tha.t a public hearing be had an said assessment on the 26th
day of December, 1973 ,
, at the hour of 10 o cicek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commiesioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, sta.ting in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed againat the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
