DISTRICT LODGE 77
This agreement is entered into by and between the City of Saint Paul (City) and the International
Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, District Lodge 77(LTnion) to mutually agree
to amend the 2001 - 2003 collecdve bazgaining agreement language regazding the addition of
one additional title to those titles which aze eligible to receive a tool allowance.
The parties understand and agree to the follo��ing:
Section 9.2 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement shall be modified as follows:
9.2 Employees in the following classifications; Vehicle Maintenance Worker
(Heavy), *Vehicle Maintenance Worker (Light), Mazina Mechanic, Welder,
Mechanic-Welder, Equipment Repairer, Vehicle Mechanic, Auto Body Repairer,
Vehicle Mechanic Lead Worker, Safety E�oment Desien and Maintenance
Worker, and Vehicle Mechanic (Heavy Truck & Equipment), shall receive a Tool
and Shoe Allowance in the following manner.
• 2. Payment of the tool allowance for the above added title for this year shall be made upon
approval of the City Council.
Both parties to this MOA agree that this modification to section 9.2 will be included in the next
Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City and the Union.
