permission to install and thereafter maintain approximately 184 lineal
feet of buried cable along Arona Street eight feet from the east property
line between Wynne Avenue and an alley north of Wynne Avenue as per
attached and approved application and plans.
Northwestern Bell Telephone Company shall pay the cost of publication
incident hereto.
