the a�wunt of $33,415.30 fra� �irban Re�al Bond Buuds to pay the assessable
portion of aaid local improv�nents; and
W�lSSl1S, those assessoents for local improve�ente heretofora ratified by
the City Cmuncil, and confir�ed bq District Court, on October 21, 1971, Mstrict
Court File 12766, and referenced in Finance auel Manageseat 3arvicea Depart�eat
Account Files, pagea D2828 through D3096, aa paid by the Housing and �edevslopsent
Authority to the City of Saint Paul in the aabw�t of $33,415.30, includea thoea
asaess�eats heretofore paid by the private en+nera of said a8aessed properties in
the aeouat of $18,829.20 including intereat and penalty if any, which a�wunt ahall
be s�sbject to refund to the payor, upon receipt of a clai..� for reiobursasent for
the asouat so paid; now, therefore, be ft
,xESOLVED, That the proper City officials be and are hereby directld to prepare and
proeess the necessary claim fvr�s, as approved by the City Attorney, to refund thos�
a�ounts Which hava been paid by private praperty owners as indicated in th� above
referenced files.
