,RFSOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had an said assessment on the 28th

the Caurt House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finan.ce
give natice of sa.id meetings, as �equired by the Charter, stating in aaid notice the time and place of
earing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
