WHEREAS, Eugene A. Hickok � Associates have submitted the final
report on the Battle Creek drainage area as directed by Council File
#258183 dated April 18, 1972, and the Joint Power Agreement dated
March 1 , 1972 consisting of the City of St. Paul , County of Rams�y,
Maplewood, Oakdale, landfall , Woodbury, and Lake Elmo, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of St. Paul accepts said
final report on the Battle Creek Drainage Area dated June, 1973, and
be it further

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to continue negotiations under the current Joint Power
Agreement for arriving at final construction costs percentage necessary
for implementation of the recommendations set forth in the Battle Creek
final report.
