RESOLVED� That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve Lease Agreement between the City and Roy H.
Davidson whereby the City would lease the premises at 1215 Arcade
Street, Saint Paul� Minnesota, for the operation of one of the
branch offices of the City' s Youth Service Bureau administered
by the City' s Department of Community Services, the Lease Agreement
being for a term of one year commencing August 1, 1973, at a
rental of $200.00 per month, and the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the Lease Agreement on
beha.lf of the City of Saint Paul.
