Resolved, that the Northwestern Bell Telephone Company be given
permission to install and thereafter maintain approximately 2,570
lineal feet of buried cable along Geranium Avenue 12 to 15 feet from
the south property line between Park Street and Jackson Street then
13 feet from the north property line between Jackson Street and Agate
Street as per attached and approved application and plans.
Northwestern Bell Telephone Company shall pay the cost of publication
incident hereto.

Application is hereby made for permission to �tac�on�lconstruct and
thereafter maintain) : buried telephone cable atong Geranium Avenue
from Park Street to Agate Street
in accordance with the sketch attached hereto; work to start on or after
April l , 1974 and to be completed on or before April 30, 1974 -
The applicant, in carrying on any and all of the work referred to in this
application, shall strictly conform to the terms of such application as � .
approved together with any special provisions which are made a part thereof.
The applicant specifically agrees to be bound thereby. The applicant shall
also comply with the regulations of all other governmental agencies for the
protection of the public. The work shall be accomplished in full compliance
with all applicable portions of the City of St. Paul Specifications for
Street and Sewer Construction.
