80 lineal feet of 4" low pressure gas main in Arundel Street
8 feet from the E. property line between Nebraska Avenue and
Dead End as per .attached and approved application and plans,
under the provisions of Ordinance No. 15317, approved February
7, 1973.

in accordance with the sketch attached hereto; work to start on or after October 15, 1973
and to be completed on or before pctober 22, 1973
The applicant, in carrying on any and all of the work referred to in this applica.tion,
shall strictly conform to the terms of such application as approved together with any
special provisions which are made a part thereof. The applicant specifically agrees to
be bound thereby. The applicant shall also comply with the regulations of all other
governmental agencies for the protection of the public. The work shall be accomplished
in full compliance with all applicable portions of the City of St. Paul Specifications
for Street and Sewer Construction,
