Street Bridge as per attached and approved applica-
tion and pians, under the provisions of Ordinance
No. 15317, approved February 7, 1973•

The applicant, in carrying on any and all of the work referred to in this application,
shall strictly conform to the terms of such application as approved together with any .
special provisions which are made a part thereof. The applicant specifically agrees to
be bound thereby. The applicant shall also comply with the regulations of all other -
gover�ental agencies for the protection of the public. The work shall be accomplished
in full compliance with all applicable portions af the City of St. Paul Spacifications
for Street and Sewer Construction.

. REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIAL PROVISIONS
BRIDGE DIVISION - Show corrections shown iri red on attached N.S.P. drawing. Clarify
what will occur south of the sout abut. , it appears that the exist-
ing 8" matn between the south 8but. and Water Street is to remain
in service. If it isn' t, say so. They don't say where the new i�"
ptpe will leave the levee road ("Ramp E") and meet the existing main
� � on Wabasha, but this should be tied in. This might be a tough prob-
� iem at this time, so i 'll approve the permit, but require that they
� give us "as built" plans when they are compieted which show dimen-
' sions, ftxtu'� r�methods used in "securing" the pipe to the brldge,
etc. i have attached 2 prints each 'of 3 drawings which they can
use for tracing sections which apply when they draw the "as built"
" plans. At the Navy Isiand end, is the 1�" steel service, . the pres-
� ent line or to be new? The plan should state which and if it's new,
we want to know where 1t is fastened and how, again with all bends
dimensioned and detailed. . �
