WHEREAS, The Council vacated a portion of public alley
located in Block 1, Morton' s Addition, subject to the condition
tha.t the petitioner dedicate street and sewer easement to the
City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, The City Attorney' s Office reports that the Deed
of Dedication ha.s been presented and is in the proper form;
now, therefore, be it �
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby accept dedication of perma.nent easement for street purposes
on, over and across the Easterly 10 feet of Lots 19 and 20,
Block 1, Morton' s Addition, together with a permanent sewer ease-
ment over a portion of Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 25 and 26, Block 1,
Morton's Addition� and the City Attorney' s Office is hereby dir-
ected to record the said deed in the proper office of recordation.

of the City of Saint Paul
The City Council vacated alley in Block 1, Morton' s
Addition pursua.nt to Resolution 262128, adopted
September 13, 1973. This vacation resolution was con-
ditioned upon the dedication of easements for street
purposes and sewer easement. The owners ha.ve now pre-
sented a deed for acceptance by the City. This deed
is in proper form and if the Council adopts the enclosed
resolution authorizing the acceptance and filing of the
deed, our office will process the deed.
