RESOLVEDt That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve the Lease A�greement between the City and DuNor
Associates, whereby the City will lease Room 222 of the Rossmor
Building located on Robert Street between Ninth and Tenth
Streets as an office for the City' s Youth Service Bureau for a
term commencing October 1, 1973 and terminating September 31,
1974, for a monthly rental of $250.00� and the Mayor� City
Clerk and Director of the Department of Finance and Mana.gement
Services are hereby authorized to execute the said Lease Agreement
on behalf of the City, said Lease to be cha.rged to Fund 33060.
