WHEREAS, the Council vacated a portion of Englewood
Avenue , Cumberland Street , and portions of public alleys
pursuant to Resolution of the Council , Council File No.
260028, adopted November 2, 1972, and conditioned said
vacation on the dedication to the City of a permanent
easemen.t for street purposes over the northeasterly
40 feet of Lots 1 through 7 , Block 2, Neurer' s Addition;
and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reported that the
deeds of ded�cation have been received and are in
proper form, now, therefore , be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
does hereby accept dedication for street purposes of a
permanent ea�sement over the northeasterly 40 feet of
Lots 1 through ,7, Block 2, Neurer' s Addition.

To the Honorable Council
of the City of Saint Paul :
The City Council , by Resolution 260028, adopted
November 2, 1972, vacated portions of Englewood
and Cumberland and certain alleys , subject to condi-
tion that the petitioners dedicate permanent easement
for street purposes . Our office is now in receipt
of the necessary grant or dedication of easement from
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority and A-1 Auto
Parts and Salvage , Inc . These two deeds are in
proper form, and I recommend that the Council adopt
the attached Resolution accepting the dedication of
this easement for street purposes .
