Rene�al Area, Contract G1904B, it� th� amonnt of $33,457.30, and

evidenced bq Couucfl i�ile 260469, approved Jgnuary 10, 1973,
reaolved that certain assesa�ents for loaal improvements in that
eligible area identified as Minnes�ta A-1•1, S�it-Universitq,
of which the above referenced alleys are included, shall be ,
aonstr�eted �ithout asses:ment against abatting properties,
NUW, THffitBFORE �B IT R85�L11SH, That the asse�am�nt of
benefits heretafore ratified by the Cou�cil af ths City of Saint
paul, pursuant Co Resmlution Council File 255091, shsll be and
are in all respects cancell�d and rescinded a�d further that the �
proper Citq Officials are hereby directed tc submit a Regiatered
Bill in the amount of $33,457.30 to the Housing and Redevelopment
Autharity of the City oi Saic�t Paul as paymsa� in full of said
assessment,
