RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of
a release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are here-
by authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to Martha I. Nelsen and
Alfred E. Nelsen and their Attorney Donald M. Jardine,
the sum of $2,200.00, in full settlement of their
clai.m of damages sustained on or about March 19, 1971,
as more particularly set out in a communication to the
City Council on January 15, 1973.
