Oear Mayor Cohen:
Attached is a resolution transferring funds fran the unallocated
balance of the i973 United Improvement Bond Fund - Streets and Bridges
portion to a Public Works project, paving of Berry St. from Pearl St.
to University Ave. This project was in the original project allocation
but was delayed due to drainage work which was needed before the paving
could be done..
The transfer has been approved by the Council Advisory Committee
on 1953 Bo�d Fund expenditures, which by ordinance must approve all
transfers.
