Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern
Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for and to rebuild .
and enlarge from 6'1" x 3'6" x 5'2" to 12' x 5' x 7' and hereafter
maintain manhole located on southwest corner of White Bear Avenue and
Ivy Avenue East 13'6" north of south property line and 19' east of
west property tine.
All work to be in accordance with the attached plans as approved.
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication incident hereto.
