RESOLVED, that upon recommendation of the Mayor, the
Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approve the
actions_ of the Civic Center Authority taken pursuant to
Civic Center Authority Resolution 579, a copy of which is
attached hereto, requesting use of funds in budget activity
09190 in the following amount:
Rental of �ao Meeting Rooms
for One Night . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $70.00
and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are
hereby authorized and directed to reimburse the Civic Center
Authority for the above free use upon presentation of the
appropriate'payment instrument.

WHEREAS, the State Senators and Representatives
elected from the County of Ramsey, along with elected :
municipal officials and school b:oard ineLnbers, will be � �
hosted at a meeting sponsored by the Ramsey County Board _

WHEREAS, the .Civic Center Authority has faci7.ities
� available for such meeting; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Civic Center Authority hereby . � -
� � authorizes its mana.ging director to make such rooms
available wa.thout cha.rge for sazd meeting on December - ,

� FURTHER RESOLVED, that the normal charge for such
f�cilities sha11 be debited from the Hotel-Mote1 Tax :

FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution is
