RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420, to Ramsey County, the sum
of $l,OQ0.00, in full settlement of its claim for
reimbursement of payments made under their Workmen' s
Compensation provisions as the result of an accident
of August 3, 1971, as more particularly set out in a
communi.cation to the City Council on January 5, 1973.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY RAMSEY COUNTY
This claim is made by Ramsey County for reimbursement
of payments made under their Workmen' s Compensation
provisions. This figure represents a negotiated
amount and is not the exact amount which was paid.
The payments were made by the County as a result ot
an accident involving Mr. Blakey and an employee of
the City of Saint Paul.
This office approves the settlement of Ramsey County' s
claim in the amount of $1,000.00.
