CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY PETER L. OSTER
Claimant was involved in an accident with a Saint Paul
Public Works vehicle on November 10, 1972. L,iability is
on the part of the City. Expenses are for the repair
of the damaged vehicle.
Th�.s office approves the settlement of Mr. Oster' s claim
in the amount of $84.89.
