WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the Improvement described
as Improvement of Street�s and Sidewalks in the WEST SEVENTH RENEWAL ARF�A, formerly
known as Comptroller's Contract L-7�+75� City Pro�ect PTo. 71-G-1980, Alexander
Construction Compar�y, Inc. , Contractor, have been provided for in the Specifica-
tions, and ,
i�REAS, It has been found necessary to make the following Additions as per
Administrative Order D-340, dated January 2, 1973, for Contract Change Agreement
No. 1
ADDITIONS:
2 Type VII manhqles , @., $,350.00 = $700.00
2 Adjust Housings @ � $ 50.00 = 100.00
2 Trees Removed � $135•00 = 2 0.00
TOTAL ADDITION TO CONTRACT = $1,070.00
and
* WHEREAS, The total addition is $1,070.00, and th� Acting Director of Public Works
has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $1,070.00 is the correct sum to
be added to said contract, therefore be it

RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul throu�h its City Council approves the foregoing
addition made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of $1,070.00, said
amount to be added to the ltuap sum consideration named in the contract, formerly
known as Co�nptroller's Contract L-7�+75, and which amount is to be financed fr� the
Urban Renewal Bond Funds.
