Junghans for a variance to relax the setback requirements on property located on the west side of Simpson Street between Frankson and Midway Parkway further described as Lots 8 and 9, Block 20, Frankson's Como Park Addn. This matter was heard at the June 7, 1973 Zoning Board public hearing at which time the staff report was read. The appellant explained the proposal stating the front of the building will be in line with other buildings on the block. Plans, details, specifications, and photographs are enclosed (two copies) . Also I have taken the liberty of talking to my neighbors for 300 feet on both . sides as well as across the street and enclose their signatures of no objection for my proceeding (if this helps matters any) . I'll follow the suggested � outline of the Zoning Section (Mr. Paul Rosseder) which is attached. � Now, I need your SPECIAL EXPEDITIOUS HELP which is the reason for the urgency noted above. It is understood that normally about two months is required to process a variance and obtain an approval. Would it be humanly possible to help out one of your home-owner citizens with AN ANSWER TO MY REQUEST IN TWO WEEKS? This special request with a rather minor set back change will enable me to make both jobs with the same contractors (garage addition - building permit granted and porch conversion with entry way) - without necessitating their return and higher costs for job completion two months from now. Junghans to the front of his home at 1335 Simpson.
