RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability
Fund 09070-420-000, to Terry L. Hible and Garry E. Hible,
the sum of $190.00, in full settlement of their claim of
damages sustained on or about June l, 1973, as more
particularly set out in a communication to theCity Council
on June 8, 1973.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY TERRY L. HIBLE AND GARRY E. HIBLE
Claimant, Terry L. Hible, was involved in an accident with
a Saint Paul Public Work' s vehicle on June l, 1973.
Terry Hible' s vehicle is owned by Garry E. Hible. Liability
is on the part of the City. Expenses include repair of
the damaged vehicle and medical bills.
This office approves the settlement of the Hibles' claim
in the amount of $190.00.
