and Victoria St. , 5t. Paul� Minn, for the contract price of (LUMP SUM BID)
526,435.00 (Plus - Engineering and- Inspection - $2�500.00? as a result
of Bid No. A5634 and the specifications incorporated therein. A.J. Ryan
Landscape Supply Co. , Inc. being t3�e lowest responsible bidder under
the specifications and the Co�;poration Counsel is hereby directed to
draft the proper form of contract and obtain the necessary performance
and payment bonds. The proper City official.s are hereby authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
