permission to install and thereafter maintain approximately 408
lineal feet of buried telephone cable along Jackson Street seven
feet from the east property line between Arlington Avenue and
Maryland Avenue as per attached and approved application and plans.
Northwestern Bell Telephone Company shall pay the cost of publication
incident hereto.
