Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern
Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for and to place
and hereafter maintain a manhole (12' x 5' x 7') in the sidewalk,
4 feet west of the east property line on Arcade Street and 396 feet
north of the north property line of Reaney Avenue.
All work to be in accordance with the attached plans as approved.
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication incident hereto.
