Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern
Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for placing buried
cable along California Avenue from Dunlap Street to Lexington Parkway
located at follows:
Beginning at 9' north of California Avenue south line and 8'
east of Dunlap Street west line, then east to a point at Lexington
Parkway 15' west of east line.
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication incident hereto.
