Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern
Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for and to
place and hereafter maintain a buried cable in the alley south
of Lawson Avenue, west of Payne Avenue, from an existing conduit,
48 feet west of the west property line, west for a distance of
194 feet, 4 feet north of the south property line and then south
into private property as shown on attached Exhibit "A".
All work to be in accordance with the attached plans as approved.
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication incident hereto.
