This matter was heard at the May 17, 1973, Zoning Board public hearing at which time the staff said they had requested revised plans which would decrease the width of a driveway from 120 feet to 60 feet so trucks would not maneuver on the street. After discussing the matter with the applicant, the Board acted to recommend approval subject to approval of the plan by the Traffic Engineer.
