RESOLVED, that the Council hereby confirms, approves
and ratifies the appointment of Bert O. Lund by the
Mayor to serve as a member of the Civie Center Authority;
said appointment being to fill the unexpired term of
Mr. Reuel D. Harmon, which shall expire July 1, 1975; and
FURTI3ER RESOLVED, that such appointment shall take
effect July 31, 1973, and the City C1erk is hereby authorized
and directed to send a copy of this resolution to Mr. Lund
and all members of the Civic Center Authority.

Enclosed please find a resolution confirming the
appointment of Mr. Bert 0. Lund to fill a position
on the Civic Center Authority recently opened by
Mr. Reuel D. Harmon's resignation.
I am advised in a letter dated July 24, 1973 , from
Mr. Harold J. Cummings , that Mr. Lund is the
Guarantors ' choice to replace Mr. Harmon.
