Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern
Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for placing buried
cable across Cook Avenue at the alley west of Marion Street.
Beginning at 2' east of the west alley line and 29' north of
Cook Avenue north line, thence south across Cook Avenue to the south
property line.
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication incident hereto.
