In the matter of
! A permanent easement for sewer purposes, on, over and across the follo�ing
described land; except Maryland Avenue, the West 20 feet of the East 3 acrea of
the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Town-
ship 29, Range 22, also acquire a temporary construction easement which shall be I
terminated January 1, 1975 or upon completion of the. sewer construction, whichever
cames first and described as follows:
Except Maryland Avenue, the East 20 feet of the West 40 feet of the East 3 acres ,
of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Town- ,
ship 29, Range 22. Also a temporary slope construction easement described as folloti+s: '
Except the North 200 feet, the West SO feet of the East 1/2, of the Northeast 1/4 of ;
the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 29, Range 22.
Except Orange Avenue and Herbert Street, the North 30 feet of the West 50 feet of
the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of th� Southeast 1/4 of
Section 22, Township 29, Range 22.

Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved furthei, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a con-
firmation of the award of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said as-
sessment of benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the
twemt�-seeoad d�of A�atu�t� 1�.Z� —�_—, at ten o'clock A.M. and that the Commis-
sioner of Finance be and he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
