"An administrative ordinance relating to the compensation of certain Health Bureau employees transferred to the Bureau of Public Buildings on January 3, 1972; " THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN; Section 1. That regardless of the provisions of Section I B of Ordinance No. 6446, persons employed as Sanitarian I's who were transferred on January 3, 1972 from the Health Bureau to the Bureau of Public Buildings shall be compensated as follows: While serving as Sanitarian I in the Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement, said persons shall be compensated in the same amount as they would have received if they had been promoted to Sanitaria.n Ii at the effective date of this or�i�raxre�r — - -� Section 2. That the aforementioned persons shall return to the Division of Environmental Protection as soon as vacancies occur in this Division. �9sction 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in fiorce on the first day o� the first payroll period following thirty days after its passage, approval, and publication.
