The County has indicated that the City ay now acquire this property, but only by direct purchase and at its appraised value oF $27,200, plus fees and costs. VANTAGES IF APPROVED: he City would be able to acquire this long-time vacant public property and eventually develop it into parkland for bik rails, pedestrian pathways or other parks purposes.
