RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to John G. Malmgren and
State Fa.rm Mutual Auto. Ins�, Co. , the sum of $293.29,
in full settlement of their claim of damages sustained
on or about January 4, 1973, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on February 1,
1973.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CI'I'Y OF SAINT PAUL
BY JOHN' G. MALMGREN AND STATE FARM
MUTUAL AUTO. INS. C0.
Claima.nt, John G. Malmgren, was involved in an accident
with a Saint Paul Public Works snow plow on January 4,
1973. Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses
are for the repair of the damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of John G. Malmgren
and State Farm Mutual Auto. Ins. Co. ' s claim in the
amount of $293.29.
