release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-0OO, .to Jean Ma.yer Barnhill and
Theodore A. Barnhill, the sum of $129.00, in full
settlement of their claim of da.mages sustained on or
about May 16, 1973, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on June 7, 1973.

CLAIM AGAIN5T THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JEAN MAYER BARNHILL AND THEODORE A.
BARNHILL
Claimant, Theodore A. Barnhill, was involved in an
accident with a Saint Paul Public Works sweeper on
May 16, 1973. Liability is on the part of the City.
Expenses include the repari of the damaged vehicle
owned by Claimant, Jean Mayer Barnhill.
This office approves the settlemerg of Jean Ma.yer
Barnhill and Theodore A. Barnhill' s claim in the
amount of $129.00.
