RESOLVED, Tha.t the City Council heareby concura in the action of the Purchasing Co�ittee
in the award of a contract for furnishing a11 labor, materials, equip�nent and services neces-
sary or incidental to the SITE DEVELOPMENT at the North Ead Athletic Area located at Rice
Street and West Monta.na Avenue for the Department of Community Services, Division of Paxks a.nd
Recreation to the MONETTE CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC. for the contract price of (Lump Sum Base Bid)
$12�+,350.00 (plus Engineering a.nd Inspection - $5,000..00) as a result of Bid No. A5564 and the
plans and specifications incorporated therein. Monette Construction Company, Inc. being the
loWest responsible bidder under the specifications and the Corporation Counsel is hereby di-
rected to draft the proper form of contract and obtain the necessary performance and payment
bonds. The proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf of
the City of Saint Paul.
