CITY OF SAINT PAUL Capital of Minnesota DEPARTMENT OP PUBLIC WORKS 234 City Hall dc Court House 55102 June 6, 1973 The Honorable Lawrence D. Cohen Mayor City of St. Paul Room 347 City Hall BUILDING Dear Mayor Cohen: Attached is a resolution to rescfnd three sidewalk orders on W. Seventh St. All three are being reintroduced this year as new orders. Construction on the two orders passed in 1970 was held up because H.R.A. funds were expected for these pro3ects. The third order was introduced last year, but H.R.A. requested we hold on it because of proposed street realignment. As the situation has developed, H.R.A. no longer has funds available or any plans for street realignment. Therefore, these orders should be rescinded. The Engineering recommendation is for approval of the resolution. Yours very truly, Daniel J. Dun ord Director of Public Works WAFi/TPK/gh Attachment O
