and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RF�50LVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in aIl respects approved.
RESdLVED FURTHER, That a public heaxing be had an said assessment on the 8th
day of August, 1973 , , at th� hour of 10 o'cloek A. M., in the �ouncil Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of sa,id meetings, as required b� the Charter, statin.g in said notice the time and place of
heaxing, the na.ture of the improvement, and the amount assesaed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice ia directed.
