FINAL ORDER IN CONDEMNATTON PROCEEDINGS File No. 17682-S
In the matter of condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for
the slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support fram subject
land or remainder thereof, occasioned by exeavations thereof or construction of slopes
in the grading and surfacing with bituminous material the Easterly North-South alleq
and the East-West alley in Block 3, Hamline Syndicate Addition No. 1
under Preliminary Order 261470 approved June 15� 1973
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice,
and the Council having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative
thereto, and having fully considered the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby orders said
improvement to be made.
RESOLVI3D FURTHBR, that the land, lands or easemeat$ therein required to
make said improvement be and the same are hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated
and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements.
