WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes , Section 360. 104 authorizes
the Council oi the City of Saint Paul to name from among its
members a representative to sit as a commissioner on the
Metropolitan Airports Commission, and
WHEREAS, Councilman Leonard W. Levine currently sits
as the City Council ' s representative on said Commission and
is filling the unexpired term of James Dalglish and William
Carlson respectively, said appointment to expire July 7 , 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, hat the Counci of ,the
City of Saint Paul hereby appoints �,QJ �
as its representative on the Metropo i an Airports Commission
to serve a statutory six-year term ending July 6, 1979.

to before you, as City Clerk, by Counciiman Leonard W. Levine, camnencing
a new six-year term on the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Metropolitan Airports Carmission.
Will you please return two copies to this office in the enclosed self-addressed,
stamped envelope, also including two copies of the actlon of the Council of the
City of Saint Paul taken in making this re-appointment. These we must file with
the Secretary of State, as required by law.
Councilman Levine was originally appointed to fill the unexpired te�m of former
Carmissioners James J. Dalglish and Wfiliam E. Carlson, by Council File No. a5475i
dated July 1 , 1971 . That term will expire July 18, 1973.
