SP�CIAL CONDITIONS Como Avenue �vas designated as Trunk High+,vay 10-113 (CS 6207) . With the construction of Trunk High�ray 6g4 and 35E, this section of Como Avenue was no longer needed for highway purposes. Effective May l , 1967, it reverted to the jurisdiction of the City of St. Paul . Beirg a turnback project, it was eliigible for State Aid designation and for reconstruction. Turnback Funds f�r this project were available, and an approved ptan H�as submitted before the deadline of March 22, 1972. This was complied ��ith. 6. PROPOSE� I h1PROVEME�17 The proposed improveme�t consists of the construction of a new railroad crossing. Pavement and pavement joints will be repai ►-ed. Curb f� in poor condition will be replaced. New curb will be constructed �rrliere no curb exists. The entire project ►aill be resurfaced with a bituminous overlay. 7. R�CO"iMETJDAT I QN The Department of Public Works feels that this is a very a�orth- while project, and should be brought before the Council for a public hearing. .
