PRELIMINARY ORDER

In the Matterof reconstrucging the sidewalk with iategral curb and sidewalk on the
East side of Robert Street from Tenth Street to Eleventh Street and by doing all other
work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement, except where it
is determined that good and sufficient poured sidewalks now exist,
under Administrative Order D-566 approved April 13, 1973
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 4_00 �er l�n ft for i � B Res. 5.00 per lin ft for 5' wide walk C Residence
$1.65 per sy ft for inte curb & walk - �6.00 per lin ft for 6' wide walk � Commercial
2. Thaf a pubIic hearing be had on said improvement on the 26th day of , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
