In the Matter of constructing sidewalk on the west side of DAVERN STREET from Randolph
Avenue to A���xd Avenue and by doing all other work whi�ch is necessary and incidental
to complete said improvem�nt, except where it is determined that good and sufficient
poured sidewalks now exist,
under Administrative Order D-582 approved�pri 1 9(1� 1973
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
, 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 4.00 per lin ft for A � B Res. - $5.00 per lin ft for 5' wide walk C Residence
' $6.00 per lin ft for 6' wide walk Commercial
2 That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 26th day of , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
