RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of St. Paui does
hereby approve the revised plans for the improvement of Hamline
Avenue at Larpenteur Avenue as modified on April 9, 1973, said
plans being a part of the Ramsey County Construction Project
designated S.P. 62-630-17 EHS T 5007 (004) , and further, dces
hereby authorize the Director of Public Works to sign said pians
as the proper City Officer.

Dear Mayor Cohen:
Attached for your review and approval for submission to the Council
is a Resolution indicating Council approval of the revised construc-
tion plans for the referenced intersection. The revised plan deletes all
pGysical median barriers on Hamline Avenue proper, retains all the tr�ao
on the boulevards and provides for a painted safety protective area for
vehicles making left turns. By letter dated May 3, 1973, Ramsey County
requested Councii approvai of these revised plans. Upon approval
by the affected Municipalties, the County will submit the plans to the
Minnesota Highway Department and �he Federal Highway Administration to
arrange the details and final funding.
