RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to Brent A. Kalaus, by
John C. Kalaus and Mrs. John C. Kalaus, parents, the
sum of $54.25, in full settlement of their claim of
damages sustained on or about October 1, 1972, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on October 25, 1972.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY BRENT A. KALAUS BY JOHN C. KALAUS
AND MRS. JOHN C. KALAUS, PARENTS
Claima.nt, Brent A. Kalaus, was injured on October l,
1972, at Baker Playground and request is made for
compensation for hospital and doctor bills by his
parents, Mr. and Mrs. John C. Kalaus. Liability is
on the part of the City.
This office approves the Kalaus claim settlement in the
amount of $54.25.
