RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to Robert A. Anderson,
Steven S. Anderson by Robert A. Anderson, father, and
State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, the
sum of $1,509.40, in full settlement of their claim of
damages sustained on or about March 3, 1973, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on March 8, 1973.

STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPAL�TY
Claima.nts, Robert A. Anderson and Steven S. Anderson,
were involved in an accident with a Saint Paul Public
Works vehicle on March 3, 1973. Liability is on the
part of the City. Expenses include the repair of the
damaged vehicle,
This office approves the settlement of this claim in
the amount of $1, 509.40.
