This property is further described by the legal description on file. This matter was heard at the March 15, 1973, Board of Zoning public hearing at which time the Board discussed whether a setback should exist for the Dellwood Place frontage. It was stated that since the lot is platted through the entire block, no setback would be necessary. The Board moved to recommend approval of the permit. The motion was seconded and carried by a vote of 4 to 0.
