RESOLVED, That the substitution of
$100,000 U.S. Treasury Notes, Series F-74, 5 7/8%,
due 12-31-74,
for
. $100,000 U.S. Treasury Notes, Series A-73, 7 3/4%, .
due 5-15-73,
as collateral security for deposits of public funds of the City of Saint Paul
with the Summit National Bank of St. Paul, hereby is authorized, ratified
and approved, such having been done in conformance with the applicable
statutes of the State of Minnesota; that such substituted securities, at
the time of such substitution, had a market value sufficient, together with
the market value of the original collateral securities for said purpose,
for which no substitution was made, equal to $110 for every $100 of deposits
of public funds of said Citq with said bank.
