WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, acting through its Valuation Engineer, has secured an agreement for
the purchase of one pazcels of real proper[y, described as follows:
Lot Z1, Block 3, Birmingham's Addition
WHEREAS, said property described is necessary for the Etna/Thrid Ponding A rea The value of the
property for this parcel as Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00), and
WHEREAS, the Valuation Engineer has recommended the purchase of said propefties at the
recommended values;

iz NOW THEREFORE BE TI' RESOLUED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and
is directed to pay Ramsey County the sum of $2,500.00 for the purchase of said property. Said sum to be
